Management and Qualification of the Professional Profiles

The TC4Me project – Competence Raising for Textile Competitiveness in Multicultural Environment, co-ordinated by CITEVE and funded by the Leonardo da Vinci programme, aims the innovation transfer to the Qualification Systems, namely, in a business context of the European Textile and Clothing Industry. Thus, TC4Me project aims to create a tool which will register different types of competences and will allow the recognition of knowledge acquired during formal and informal contexts.
These competences will be presented in a scorecard and will allow comparing the real profile with the ideal profile of competences.
The future of this tool goes through the support in recruitment processes, assessment of competences and e-mentor for the qualification directed to persons who are in active service in the Textile and Clothing Sector.
